Road & Time Trial
We will cover tactics and how to approach different senarios. There are normally a few short practise races to have fun with.
Mountain Biking
We will look at different features and how we ride them, also looking at how our bikes work in different conditions
Velodrome
Mainly race specific training, but also technics and confidence for people new to the fantastic experience of a track
Cyclocross
We focus on skills to ride on different terrain and techniques to overcome technical sections, to give you the power to make good judgements at different courses
